Energy Efficiency with Weatherization 

Want to lower your energy bill? Apply for this program to have professionals test, tune and repair your home's heating and cooling sytem. The goal is to keep you comforta​ble in your home all yea​​r long, with lowered energy costs. This is a no-cost, one-time, grant-funded program for city of Phoenix residents.
