Small Business Certifications
The Business Relations Division (BRD) of the Equal Opportunity Department is responsible for certifying eligible firms for the City’s Small Business Enterprise (SBE) Program, Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) Program and Airport Concession Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (ACDBE) programs.
This Certification Section is responsible for the certification of firms owned and operated by socially and economically disadvantage business owners for federal contracting, as well as the city's program that is open to all small economically disadvantaged business owners.
