Contestants can submit their bookmark by scanning and emailing their design to heatreadyphx@phoenix.gov featuring #StayCoolSummer in the subject line or by dropping it off at one of the Phoenix Public Library branch locations.
The deadline to submit a bookmark design is April 7.
