Phoenix Police Department Traffic Complaint Hotline

If speeding or other traffic are a concern near your business, you may call 534-SPEED or 602-534-7733. Traffic of concern near your business or in your parking lot may be reported. Or, you may use this online form to report issues. The City of Phoenix Police Department will assign an officer to handle the traffic issue. During normal business hours the telephone hotline is manned by an officer to receive your comments, complaints or questions.

After normal business hours you will reach a message recorder to voice your concern/s. A Phoenix Police Officer will call you back. The telephone hotline is not an emergency phone number. If you have a current emergency, please call 9-1-1.
