Historic Preservation: Thash Mahd Community Center
March 2026 Update:
Voter-approved GO Bond funding, along with other funding sources, is helping restore a property that was once home to the Phoenix Crippled Children's Hospital. The property will now be called the Thash Mahd Community Center, and will provide key community services to Phoenix residents.
GO Bond funds are specifically being used for highly visible components, including the tile, tile roof, windows, and stucco.
