Changes for Vendors Using a Vehicle (HB 2371)
As a result of a new State law (HB 2371), changes to current street and mobile vending rules for vendors dispensing food or beverages and other incidental retail items from a vehicle will take effect on Aug. 3, 2018.
License Requirements for:
- Mobile Vending (vending on property outside)
- Street Vending (vending on a city street)
