The City’s small business programs aim to foster economic growth by ensuring small businesses owned and controlled by socially and/or economically disadvantaged individuals have fair opportunities to compete.

    The Contract Compliance and Monitoring Section is responsible for regular tracking and assessment of contracts.

    Information about the city's Small Business Enterprise (SBE) and Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) programs.

    Includes the certification of firms owned and operated by socially and economically disadvantage business owners.
