The SHAPE PHX customer portal is available 24/7 and allows users to perform multiple functions from anywhere. SHAPE PHX is a transformative project that consolidates Planning & Development Department applications into a single, secure, and transparent application that supports Commercial and Residential Plan Review, Photovoltaic Projects, Permitting and Inspections, Planning & Zoning, and Historic Preservation.
