The City of Phoenix Water Services Department is hiring for an Electrical Maintenance Crew Chief. This position supervises Electricians, Lead Electricians, and Electrician Apprentices who install, maintain, and repair both electrical systems and water production process control equipment. The Electrical Maintenance Crew Chief position carries a high degree of responsibility and accountability and will challenge individuals to develop or enhance their supervisory, leadership, and communication skills. High-level problem solving with constructive input for infrastructure re-development and rehabilitation is also required. The Crew Chief leads and coordinates project and repair requirements, manages work requirements, and plans for industrial or commercial electrical requirements at various facilities.
