Permit application packages that are not complete will not be accepted.

New Construction - An Admin Prelog Form is required for all permits that require a plan review.  This document indicates everything that is required for a complete submittal. A Certificate of Occupancy (CofO) may be required with the permit application. Click here to obtain a copy of the current CofO.
