The catalog below contains downloads for permit application submittals.  The downloads are complete packages including:

  • The permit application
  • A submittal checklist where applicable
  • A credit card authorization form

Permit application packages that are not complete will no longer be accepted.

New Construction - An Admin Prelog Form is required for all permits that requires a plan review.  This document indicates everything that is required for a complete submittal.  A current Certificate of Occupancy (CofO) is required for all new construction permits and some general and operating permits.  Click here  to obtain a copy of the current CofO.  If you'd like to pay with a credit card please complete the credit card form and fax it with your application, or check and cash can be taken at the Fire Prevention office.
