Where ghouls and goblins come to play! This annual event will include arts and crafts, carnival games and a haunted house (entrance fee is $1). Food and beverages will be available for purchase. For more information call 602-495-3700.

Activities will include crafts, inflatables, a pumpkin patch and carnival games. Exhibits provided by Deer Valley Park Neighborhood Blockwatch Organization, Phoenix Police Department, Imagine Schools, Every Kids’ Dentist and Orthodontics, and Phoenix Public Library. Phoenix Fire Department and Walgreens will be giving free immunizations and flu shots. Food and beverages will be available for purchase, provided by the Deer Valley PHXteens program. ​Grand Opening of PetSmart Dog Park at Deer Valley Park

Celebrate the opening of Phoenix's newest dog park! This new facility will be the only three section dog park in the city, with each one approximately an acre in size. Activities will include a ribbon cutting, giveaways, refreshments and a dog costume contest. Dog park amenities include shade trees and landscaping, almost three acres of turf, three ramadas, chilled drinking fountains, picnic tables and benches. For more information call 602-495-3735.

Fright Night Movie in the Park (G.A.I.N. Event)

Trunk or Treat

It's spooky hike time! Bring the family to find desert creatures that glow, howl and crawl! Enjoy a frightful night along Papago Park's easily traveled 5K Fitness Trail. Wear your best costume, and bring plenty of water and good walking footwear. Cost is $5 and registration is required. Meet at the Papago West Park parking lot, opposite the Phoenix Zoo entrance.
