Drinking Water Program
The Drinking Water monitoring section is responsible for collecting samples that help ensure the quality and safety of the City's drinking water supply and demonstrate compliance with Federal and local requirements.
Under regulatory requirements established by the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and the Arizona Department of Environmental Quality (ADEQ) the water monitoring section operates a variety of sampling programs to ensure the City's compliance.
The water monitoring section also responds to public inquiries and concerns about the water.
As part of Drinking Water Program compliance, every year the city compiles and publishes a Consumer Confidence Report, also known as a Water Quality Report. Read the latest water quality report.
