Non-Permitted Construction

If you have received a Notice of Violation (NOV) for non-permitted construction, please note that a permit application must be made within 15 calendar days of the issue date on the NOV (per Section 114 of the Phoenix Building Construction Code - Administrative Provisions). Below are helpful links.
