TOD Annual Report and TOD District Action Plan Updates

​In 2016, staff developed the first ever transit-oriented development (TOD) annual report to highlight important milestones, summarize development activity, and capture positive changes occurring within the communities adjacent to our light rail corridor. Annual reporting also serves as a mechanism for tracking each of the priority area action plans developed for the five transit districts as part of ReinventPHX. The TOD annual report covers the 2015 and 2016 calendar years, and includes the entire operational light rail corridor within the city limits.
