The City of Phoenix Planning and Development Department is pleased to announce online appointment scheduling for the Development Center!  Now you can schedule an appointment to come in at your convenience through our online portal! Click the image to the left to get started!

Important information for online appointments:

  • Appointments are available up to two weeks from current date.

  • You must arrive within +/- 15 minutes of your scheduled appointment time. Arriving too early may require you to wait until your appointment time. Arriving late may require you to create a new appointment.

  • You may update or cancel your appointment via a link in your confirmation email.

  • A maximum of three appointments can be scheduled at a time.

  • Repeated failure to attend appointments may result in a loss of future scheduling privileges.​

Please note: For appeals of Historic Preservation Certificate of Appropriateness or Certification of Economic Hardship applications, if an appointment time is not available, call the Historic Preservation Office at 602-261-8699.  Walk-in delivery of appeal forms will also be acco​mmodated.​​

  • ​You may be required to visit other counters and secure pre-requisite approvals before submitting your project for review and approval.​
  • When you have completed your scheduled appointment, you may be transferred to another/other counters to continue your development project. (For example, if you apply for a residential permit and then need to make payment, you will be transferred to the Payments & Submittals Counter to continue your process.Depending on the scope of your project, scheduling multiple appointments may not be necessary.​
