City of Phoenix Water bill payments can be made at any Chase Bank branch in the Phoenix metro area
if your account is not delinquent.
If your account is delinquent, make your payment at one of our official Pay Stations listed
above.
When you pay your water bill at a Chase Bank branch, you will need to provide your water bill to the teller. Water bill payment at a Chase Bank branch can be made with Visa, MasterCard, debit card, cash, check, money order, or cashier’s check.

Payments made at Payment Kiosks provided by area retailers may take up to
90 days to be received by Water Services, resulting in
late fees and
service cut-off for non-payment.
