As we celebrate the Pledge’s first anniversary, we are proud to announce that it is no longer a one-year effort – but a permanent campaign that reflects our community’s culture of conservation.
Whether you’ve been with us since the beginning or just recently joined, we encourage you to uphold your commitments to saving water and use the conservation solutions from the Phoenix Water Services Department to make your efficient and responsible water journey a success!

The Phoenix Mayor's Save Water Pledge is a campaign to encourage and empower community action and participation in water conservation. Everyone needs water, so we must all do our part in conserving it.

The Pledge’s initial campaign began on May 1, 2024, and ran through April 30, 2025. It has since been announced that the Pledge will be an ongoing campaign to make efficient and responsible water use a daily, lifelong habit!
The four pledge items are simple, but the main idea is to make a commitment to choose efficient and responsible habits to save water all year.

To show off your commitment to save water, Pledge-takers can pick up a Save Water Pledge magnet and sticker at a local Phoenix Public Library location!
Simply show your Pledge confirmation email or monthly Pledge newsletter to a library employee at the counter and ask to grab your magnet and sticker today.
