The GOPHX Tool is designed to educate and engage the public in the City's process to develop its $500 million General Obligation (GO) Bond program. The tool is available in English and Spanish starting July 1 and gives residents an opportunity to provide feedback on proposed projects and share community priorities with staff. Information collected in the tool from residents will be shared with the GO Bond Committee so it can help guide the development of the 2023 GO Bond Program.

Using the GOPHX Tool takes only a few steps and can be done at your own pace:

  1. Review the proposed project information and choose the ones you want included in the GO Bond Program by selecting “Yes".  For more information on the Capital Needs Study, visit the Projects & Reports page.

  2. Add your own GO Bond project ideas in the “Share Your GO Bond Ideas" category. To learn more about the types of projects that can be included in a GO Bond Program, review our Frequently Asked Questions.

  3. Submit your GO Bond Program proposal! The results will be shared with the GO bond committee.

Click one of the links below to try your hand at building the GO Bond Program using the GOPHX Tool, in either English or Spanish.
