The federally funded Neighborhood Stabilization Program (NSP) enables eligible applicants to realize homeownership by offering newly built or remodeled homes for purchase in established Phoenix neighborhoods,  while providing monetary incentives to assist with down payment and closing costs.  For information on NSP program funding, goals and outcomes to date, please read the NSP Fact Sheet.

To assist you in understanding the various buyer, property and loan qualifications that define the city of Phoenix Neighborhood Stabilization Program (NSP) process, it is recommended that you attend an information session.  Please call 602-262-6602 to RSVP.

NSP Customer Advisory Services can assist you with details about eligibility requirements, explain the steps to homeownership and provide program guidance Monday through Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.  Call 602-262-6602 or email nsphome@phoenix.gov.
