Temporary Water Turn-Offs

To get your water turned off temporarily (then turned back on), please contact the Water Services Customer Services Division, Monday through Friday, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., excluding city holidays, at 602-262-6251.

Emergency Water Turn-offs

If your water must be turned off at the meter box quickly due to an emergency plumbing repair, you can contact the Water Services Department Hotline at 602-261-8000.
