How does Phoenix conserve water?
The City of Phoenix has been delivering clean, reliable water supplies to homes, businesses, industries, and other area customers for more than 117 years. Our successes have come from engaging our customers in planning for our water supply needs, and promoting the responsible use of water. The information you will find here will help you and others in our community become more effective stewards of our vital water resources.
Why is my water bill so high?
The most common cause of a high water bill are leaks. The first step would be to check for leaks outdoors, as this is a very common hidden cause for a high water bill.
If you do not have a leak outdoors, you may just have an efficiency issue. Learn more about why your water bill is high here.
Does Phoenix incentivize water saving habits?
Absolutely! We currently have two water conservation incentive programs available to residents. Check out our Grass Removal Incentive and Toilet & Irrigation Controller Incentive here!
Where do I start?
