Approaching summer break? It's the perfect time to learn more about water!

  • Did you know that each summer, kids, teens, and adults can sign up for the Maricopa County Reads summer program? 
  • Reading for 20 minutes a day is fundamental for developing literacy skills and understanding topics. Make one of these topics about water and you'll be a Water Smart pro in no time!
  • Find your local Phoenix library and join the summer program today! 

Put on your thinking cap and try finding the answer to these questions:

  • Why is water important?
  • How do we use water?
  • What is the water cycle, and how does it work?
  • Where does our water come from?
  • How do we protect our water?
  • How do we save water for the future? ​
