City Services Bill Payment Options

Paying your bill has never been easier! Below are our multiple payment options. 

Please note we may only discuss account specific information with the primary account holder or an authorized user.  If you are not listed on the account, please have the primary account holder call.  


Pay your bill automatically using your checking or savings account by enrolling in AutoPay. The full amount of your bill will be deducted from your bank account on your bill's due date. 


How to Enroll in AutoPay:

To enroll for autopay please visit https://www.phoenix.gov/payonline/FAQs,  (If you've never used PHX Pay Online, it's easy to get started by visiting FAQ's.)

​ONLINE PAYMENT SERVICES – EASY and FAST ONE TIME PAYMENTS

Pay your bill online using your debit/credit card or use your checking, savings, or any account using ACH. 


Debit / Credit card Payments https://paycityservices.phoenix.gov/

1.  No registration required

2.  You will need your 10-digit account number 

3.  You will need your service address  

4.  Follow prompts and enter information

5.  Submit payment

6.  American Express, VISA, MasterCard and Discover are accepted.


Bank Account - Free Electronic Check (echeck) Checking, savings, or any account using ACH – Schedule a one-time payment https://paycityservices.phoenix.gov/

1.    No registration required

2.    If paying by free electronic check, you will need your bank routing number and checking or savings account                 number

3.    You will need your 10-digit account number 

4.    You will need your service address  

5.    Follow prompts and enter information

6.    Submit payment

Use these helpful tips to ensure a smooth payment process:

  • Please do not mail cash
  • We accept check, money order, or cashier's check.
  • Make checks payable to "City of Phoenix"
  • Please do not staple or tape your check to the bottom portion of the bill
  • Write your City Services 10-digit account number on the check
  • Send the bottom portion of the bill

Log in to your account to extend your due date and break your bill up into multiple payments

24- hour automated IVR system - You can pay by phone through the City's automated IVR system at 602-262-6251. The IVR system is available 7 days a week 24 hours day.  IVR accepts payments via American Express, MasterCard, Visa and debit cards with the Visa logo. We do not except accept prepaid credit cards. 

Use these helpful tips to ensure a smooth payment process:

  • Your City Services 10-digit account number
  • Your credit or debit card

You will receive a payment confirmation number at the end of the call.
