Phoenix City Services Bill

To pay your  city services bill online or to sign up for paperless billing, you will need the account number and service address from the bottom portion of your city services bill.

Payments made online can take up to 3 business days to post to your account.

To view your bill, view your billing and payment history, or to update your account information, you will need the account number and service address from the bottom portion of your water bill and your four digit PIN.

 

If your account is about to be shut off or has been shut off for delinquency, 
you cannot pay your water bill online.

 

Delinquent bills can be paid at a City of Phoenix Pay Station or by calling (602) 262-6251.
