​The Neighborhood Services Department (NSD) hosted its first Neighborhood Synergy Conference on Sept. 30, 2023 at the Phoenix Convention Center. The conference was designed for neighborhood leaders of neighborhood groups registered with NSD's database, called Neighborhood Link. The conference offered breakout sessions for attendees to learn the latest on city programs and to be informed about current city processes that could be assist with neighborhood challenges. The day was kicked off by keynote​ speaker, Nicole Lance, and an Awards Luncheon recognized some of the outstanding neighborhood leaders from every Council district.
