Page Content
Riders are required to operate e-scooters in the roadway
; riding on sidewalks is prohibited.
Helmets are encouraged but not required.
Riders
must
be over the age of 18 and possess a valid drivers license.
Riders are required to obey all traffic laws including D.U.I.
Scooters are geo-fenced to only operate within
the pilot program boundary limits and outside of no ride zones
including construction zones.
Scooters have a maximum speed of 15 miles per hour.
Riders are required to park their scooters in designated parking areas at the end of their ride.
There are nearly 400 designated parking areas within the program boundary, defined by white posts with reflective yellow scooter decals.
The parking locations can be found within the e-scooter company mobile applications and by zooming in on the
program boundary map
