Capital Improvement Projects

The Capital Improvement Program (CIP) in the Street Transportation Department includes a comprehensive pavement maintenance program, improvements to existing streets for mobility and safety issues, technology upgrades to signals, building new street and drainage infrastructure, expanding roadways, and much more.
